However, Marco allayed our fears and adequately arranged our transportation needs - to our hotel from airport, from hotel to cruise terminal and from terminal to airport . He was easy to reach, pleasant and communication was easy as he had a good command of English. The driver was prompt and very professional and was an engineering genius in getting those extra bags fit into the van at the end of the trip!!. Our driver helped us with the bags at the pier in Civitavecchia and at FCO airport at dropoff. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to catch out flight. We scheduled the pick up at 9:30 a.m. but Valentino was there at 9:05 a.m. The Mercedes mini van was very nice and he was fabulous. I would highly recommend them.

He walked us to the car and we... read more were expecting to see a van (as pictured/advertised) but we soon realized it was a Mercedes sedan. We had four large suitcases, a backpack and two personal items. We didn’t think to ask if they were sending a van beforehand because that’s what was pictured, so that’s what we were expecting. The driver and the porter were able to get it all in leaving just enough room for us to sit in. It all worked out in the end. Driver was super friendly and got us to our hotel safely.
